Molded Rubber Parts in Medical and Healthcare Application

Rubber parts and components are widely used in the medical and healthcare industry because of their flexibility, durability, and resistance to chemicals and sterilization. By implementing the ISO 13485:2016 standard, Hopeful Rubber can demonstrate our commitment to quality, safety, and regulatory compliance in the medical device industry. It can also help us to streamline our processes, reduce waste, and improve customer satisfaction.

CPR Rescue Airbags

CPR rescue airbags are typically made of a flexible, medical-grade material such as silicone or PVC, which allows the bag to be compressed and inflated repeatedly without losing its shape or function. They may also feature a one-way valve system that allows for the delivery of rescue breaths without the risk of backflow or contamination.

CPAP Masks:

CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) masks are medical devices that are used to treat sleep apnea. CPAP masks typically consist of a mask that covers the nose, mouth, or both, and is connected to a machine that delivers the pressurized air. The mask may have adjustable straps to ensure a secure and comfortable fit, and may also feature built-in humidification to prevent dryness and irritation of the nasal passages. There are several types of CPAP masks: Nasal Masks, Full-face masks, Nasal pillow masks and Oral masks.

Seals and gaskets:

Rubber seals and gaskets are used in medical devices and equipment to prevent leaks and ensure proper function. They are commonly made from synthetic rubber materials such as EPDM or fluoroelastomer.

O-rings

Rubber O-rings are used in medical devices to create a seal between two parts, preventing fluid leakage. They are commonly made from synthetic rubber materials such as nitrile or silicone.

Tubing:

Rubber tubing is used in medical devices to transport fluids and gases. It is commonly made from synthetic rubber materials such as PVC or silicone.

Stopper:

Rubber Stopper are commonly used in syringes as a seal or closure for the needle or nozzle end of the syringe barrel. The rubber stopper is typically inserted into the end of the syringe barrel, providing a tight seal that prevents the contents of the syringe from leaking out. Rubber stoppers are typically made of synthetic rubber materials such as butyl rubber, which are resistant to chemicals and sterilization processes.
